NETBOX INTERNET services are the perfect solution for businesses which demand particularly high standards of service availability. ISPs, owners of business premises, DTP companies and others who are looking for a professional and reliable provider of data transfer.

Characteristics and main advantages of NETBOX INTERNET:

NETBOX INTERNET is a fixed connection to the Internet via Ethernet cable, it does not block your telephone line, no modem is needed for the connection - only a network adapter in your computer.

With each tariff, one connection can be used by more than one computer. All our services provide a connection with unlimited data transfer, what is known as FUP : you a pay monthly line rental charge no matter how much you use the internet.

In places where a cable connection is not possible, we offer to our customers last mile of connection in frequency ranges FWA 26-28 GHz, or also 10.5, 5.8 and 2.4 GHz, if applicable (according to the requirements of our clients).

Support and additional services

• Telephone support is provided for our clients for all the services
• All users are provided with graphs showing the use of bandwidth (incoming and outgoing speed)
• Control, service and technical support of the internet connection is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• SLA availability is guaranteed for all the services.
• Five e-mail boxes are included in the price of all the services, the form is name@nbox.cz. For RESALE service, we also provide webhosting free of charge.

Basic rates

NETBOX INTERNET OFFICE service and BUSINESS service (for places with available cable connection ), 2U and 4U (for places without available cable connection) provide permanent connection with unlimited data transfer, aggregation 1:10.

NETBOX PORT

Thanks to the range of the NETBOX network, purchasing connectivity directly from the provider´s port is very convenient for companies providing internet connections for subscribers, or they can place their own servers on the providers optical fibre route.
