This service is suitable for those clients who want to be totally independent of the services provided by the biggest operators. You can cancel your home telephone line, transfer the phone number to us, and stop paying line rentals.

If you do not have a telephone line, or you wish to have a new phone number, we will give you a standard nine-digit phone number in the national format (eg. 539 123 456).

For NETBOX INTERNET users, the monthly line rental charge for the service is only 1,- CZK.

• Phone charges range from 0.38 CZK for national calls and 0.61 CZK for international calls (per minute, without VAT)
• There is no minimum charge, you only pay for the calls made.
• Within the NETBOX network you can call free of charge.
• You receive only one invoice for the phone services and other NETBOX services you use. They are not billed separately.

The service operates as any other regular phone line, independently from your computer, so you can connect both analogue or VoIP telephones. To use the service you need a voice gateway which you can rent or buy from us.

Activation of services

Service activation and its release to the user is carried out by trained experts. The availability of NETBOX TELEFON service to the customer is guaranteed by the provider in all our network. This is how we avoid unnecessary call-outs.
